OneIndiaOneLaw is a result of our personal struggle with the legal complexities of The Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act (THOTA) & Rules - What we were told about the law, what we understood, and what steps we had to undertake to overcome legal technicalities.

Along the way, we realized that most organ transplant donors and recipients face similar trials and tribulations but don't know where to seek help. Hence we decided to turn our adversity into an opportunity to assist others like us with just one intent in mind –

How can we make the transplant process less cumbersome and complicated for patients and their families facing similar difficulties and hurdles as us?
